The Digital Metrics Analyst will work within Chubb's Digital Program Office, a group that works closely with the Chief Digital agent and other senior digital business leaders on the development and execution of digital initiatives as well as the tracking of results against Chubb's digital strategy.

Scope of function includes, but is not limited to:
1) Analysis of Chubb's digital operations and innovation initiatives:
? Development of key performance and operational indicators across regions
? Design and implementation of analytical models to determine cost of doing business compared to benefits attained
? Development of risk/compensate models to quantify operational/execution risks and opportunities
? Evaluation of performance and operational data to support innovation, growth and profitcapability
2) New digital opportunities:
? Benchmarking of service and product offerings including performance and operational measures against traditional paper or phone located products and services, comparative financial analyses and projections
? Development and analysis of industry specific performance metrics including competitive/market intelligence and dynamics

Responsibilities
? Consult with digital distribution and operations leaders to develop metrics and analyses to measure business performance
? Identify key operational performance drivers
? Analyze trends using quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies
? Design strategic dashboards to monitor company's portfolio of digital initiatives
? Improve or optimize processes located on data analysis

Required Skills
? Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated capability to design dashboards and analyze and integrate multiple sources of data and information
? Demonstrated capability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately
? Must possess strong critical thinking, communication, and good team-working abilities

? Must have an capability to interpret business requests as well as communicate findings in friendly manner
? Demonstrated advanced competency with necessary software, particularly Excel (including macros), Google Analytics 360, HubSpot, Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Salesforce or similar reporting / dashboard tools and basic to intermediate expertise of SQL or SAS or R highly preferred

practice
? Two to five years practice with performance/operational metrics (e.g., sales, underwriting, claims, processing, call center) and workflow management
? Business analysis, writing queries or computer programming logic

Education
? Bachelor of Science in one of the following disciplines: Economics/Business, Quantitative Analysis/Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or Computer Science
? Masters or Business Analytics Certificate or work toward Certified Analytics Professional designation preferred but not required.
