The function is located in our Head Office in the heart of the Digital Docklands area in Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2. Located 15 minutes' walk from Charlemont Luas and 5 minutes' walk from Grand Canal Dock Dart station.

Sales Executive - Dublin
Due to the expansion of our team, we're looking for someone to join our prosperous sales team who can:
   » Develop excellent working relationships with corporate clients, establishing their online recruitment needs, providing appropriate commercial solutions whilst maximising revenue.
   » Establish and build a quality client portfolio
   » Sourcing of new business leads
   » Create written communication, proposals and presentations to a professional level
   » Negotiation of complex packages with senior stakeholders
   » Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients
   » Provide support & recommendations for clients
   » Attend meetings with clients
   » Meet and exceed all KPI's and Revenue targets
   » Sales reporting, use of CRM systems and sales forecasting. The Person

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' practice in B2B sales - preferably in the Recruitment, Media, Advertising or Insurance industries.
In particular We are seeking for those who are target-driven and results orientated with practice in lead generation, building sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals and key account management with B2B clients.

I started as a "Junior Account Manager" in in October 2012 with very little sales practice. Having just finished college this was my first proper job so I was unsure as to what to expect, little did I know that nearly 5 years later I would still be here. From Day 1 the training I received was second to none. My Team Leader and Sales Manager were always on hand to answer any question I had no matter how small and I was made to feel at home straight away.
It's an extremely target driven environment but if you are willing to put the work in there is excellent earning potential due to uncapped commission and bonus structures etc.
Hard work is recognised and compensateed and there are opportunities to progress within the company. I was lucky enough to be promoted twice in my time here. Firstly to "Senior Account Manager" in January 2015 and again in June 2016 to "Agency Account Manager"
The atmosphere within the company has always been superb and I have made some great friends over the years. The whole Sales Team gets on really well with regular nights out and we have gone on some legendary company trips to Galway, Hamburg, Berlin and Warsaw.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Sales Account Manager function.
